E'ola: How They Collapsed
Thank you for your interest-

We have held the publication date pending any updates from the U.S. Attorney Generals
office and FDA investigators to include accurate updates on any pending prosecution to
E'ola officers and the Rivers family.

Also, since the announcement of our publication on this website, we have had numerous
emails from certain involved parties; some with new information about the inside dealings
of the corporation, and some with information simply confirming our investigation over the
years--we appreciate all input and urge any other persons, customers, office staff or E'ola
distributors to contact me with any important details and story information. We must be
able to confirm and verify all informations received.

The most important issues of our report and publication are to address the courage of
Mr. Naef to try and halt the unethical direction the Rivers family was taking E'ola in their
attempt to alter the products to a dangerous level; the strong determination of the River's
family to override Mr. Naef's concerns and still market potentially lethal herbal combinations
to the public including the misuse of multi-level marketing.

Although Mr. Naef resigned as President of the corporation in June 1991 and walked away
from his large stock in the corporation, we need to also tell the story of why it took FDA and
the legal authorities 10 years to stop the Rivers family, Wayne Reis, Eileen Harding, and
Elaine Corless while they continued to earn millions from their loyal MLM distributors.

Our publication will have the facts and also the answers.

In June 2010 we were officially informed by Mr. Naef that he presently has no time or
interest in assisting us with this publication. Although discouraged, we understand his
decision but hope to move forward in some other manner. Therefore the completion date
of the E'ola Report is presently indefinite.

It is also apparent to us that due to the U.S. Statute of Limitations, any further charges are
probably unlikely even though many E'ola customers and dealers expected otherwise.
